RITZ CARLTON RESERVE, TAMUDA BAY

Neighbouring a wetland habitat with a wealth of migratory birds, Scape was chosen to work in collaboration with Nicklaus and WATG to create a sustainable design that will provide guests with the ultimate Moroccan nature experience.

The 129 hectare project will comprise of a 100 guestroom hotel, 130 villas, contemporary luxury design integrated with a focus on preserving and conserving the culture and environment of the region. Luxury Villas and a boutique Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel are located on the hill side, affording panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Rif mountains, whereas Golf Villas and Clubhouse are sensitively arranged on low-lying connected islands. These proposals integrate the wetland into the heart of the resort, bringing nature to the doorstep of every guest and providing naturalised luxury surrounded by magnificent scenery.

With a new beach club located on the golden sands of the Mediterranean coastline, Tamuda Bay Resort will also provide a new marina with 70 apartments and waterfront retail.
